I just lost all my play money with an Ace high flush. I was stunned to learn the winner had a 2 and a 6 in the hole based on their betting pattern.
I then proceeded to lose my next few $1k ins with an ace high flush again, 2 pair Aces high and 3 Aces that appeared to be the top hands based on early betting... and the betting/calling hands were all shit 2-8 O/S variety.
I'm back again though and won a good hand. :woohoo:
1. Yeah, that right there... pretty much why I gave up playing online poker.
Too many idiots getting ridiculously lucky flops and rivers. First time I ever played for money online I was slowly gaining money. Small-time game, started with five bucks, was working my way up.
Then this new guy came along. Started betting high on ridiculous things. And somehow kept winning on the flop. Went from six bucks to three in just a few minutes. And I had good hands. Somehow that never happens when I play in real life. Funny how that works.
