The threat was communicated to -cocksucker, squatter, no load drunk ass brother- by TELLING HIM HE WOULD KILL HIM and the threat was made in a manner and under circumstances which would cause a reasonable person to believe that the threat was likely to be carried out...bla bla bla"

I probably shouldn't have said, "I wish I had a dollar for each time I ever said that to my brother." The messed up part is that this is actually bogus and this particular magistrate counted it as "domestic violence." That means only a judge could set bond.

I got to sign myself out.. but damn.. my puppy was locked in the house and big dog tied on porch for 10 f'n hours. Oh yea.. I missed my meds too.

mmmmm beer...

Today was in fact a stressful day. I can't wait for tomorrow.
