Any tips on taking GRE?

I was going to recommend a prep course (they are expensive, though).
Or a study group at a local university.

But, since you don't have much time, I would recommend taking as many sample tests as possible. The important thing is to get used to the format and rules. Simply repeating the test will increase your potential score.

2. General test taking

If two of the multiple choice ( I am assuming it is multiple choice) answers are kinda the same it is NOT one of them. If two of the answers are directly opposite of one another it IS one of them.

Drink juice not soda or caffeine the morning of the test. It will add to your mental stamina.

MOST IMPORTANT-It is not the sleep you get the night before the test but TWO NIGHTS BEFORE THE TEST that will affect you that day. Cramming (if you can) the night before is no big deal but make sure you get at least 8 hours TWO NIGHTS BEFORE. You should really try to start a regular sleeping pattern now.
