Hard to Believe Moments From the Past

I'm sure there are things from the past that make you think, "Did that really happen?" Just like 30 years from now we'll be thinking,"Did we really elect Bush for two terms?" For me that memory is from about 1970. Back then you could buy (although briefly) frozen vegetables in a bag that when boiled the bag would disappear. See, the bag was made of a protein that would safely dissolve in the hot water, and would also make it a little more nutritious. I think there was a "Yuck" factor that people couldn't get around and the bag idea was soon shelved.

I remember the moon landings, and how amazing those were!

They're my "hard to believe moments"...

I look up at that rocky satellite of ours, and I think "men walked up there!"
