I am going to tell a happy story.

I am a member of the Southern California Viking Fan Club, and of course, I went to the pizza parlor where the club meets to hang out and watch the game this afternoon. One of the newest members of the club recently got transferred to SoCal from Detroit. His wife has been back in Detroit trying to get their house ready to be sold so she could move out here.

He was at the pizza parlor today with his wife, who is visiting for the holidays. They had excellent news. Their house in Detroit sold. Not only did it sell, but it sold as a result of the first showing.

It was so nice to hear a story that had a happy outcome.
