I want you to walk all over me.
...That is to say, I'd kill to have a small person with bare feet walk on my lower back- it's been killing me nonstop for a couple weeks, and it ain't gonna get better.

The worst part: I'm out of my pain meds and my prescription is dead. Gonna be a couple weeks before I can get more.

Owie owie owie owie owie.

What size feet do YOU have, and how's your balance??? :headbang:

2. Isn't American health care GREAT?
At least we don't have to wait like the Canadians... Oh. Wait.

We need to do something about this. Do you know ANYBODY who doesn't have a health care issue?
Me nether.

3. I'm pretty small and would be happy to walk on your back...
but here's a more feasible solution:

Get on the floor in loose clothes.
Lie on your back.
Hug your knees gently toward your chest and relax your muscles.
Stay like that for five minutes.

It will help!

I'm sorry your back hurts, sweetie...

7. Can't believe you're not as nimble on your feet as you are with words.
It's an impossible concept.

5. If I did it, your pain would be taken care of
The team in the ER would be sure to give you the good stuff while they set your ribs!

Hey, I heard Vern Troyer is looking for work...

11. This may offer a little relief:

Lay on your back on a bed, with your feet on the floor. Move your butt past the edge of the bed, and as slowly as you can (using your legs to control the speed), lower the rest of your back over the edge of the bed until you are in a seated position on the floor. The idea is to let the edge of the bed stretch the muscles in your back.

A chiropractor told me about this method years ago when I asked what I could do on my own relieve an aching back between appointments. It works pretty well most times, sometimes I had to do it a few times though to get maximum benefit. It's nice because the bed is soft enough not to hurt you but sturdy enough to provide sufficient resistance. And you can control the pressure to your preference, obviously. Oh, and you can also do it from the edge or arm of a couch if the configuration works, they usually offer a little more resistance than a bed.

Hope it helps. Good luck.
