and think "Wow"! Like a couple of weeks ago a black mom and her 5 year old son were leaving a store, when I saw them I thought, "Wow, when that kid goes to school and sees the framed presidential portrait, the guy in the frame started out as a little black kid too." It makes me wonder if I'm too emotional.

Certainly growing up in Oakland in the '80's it seemed like a VERY distant future.

It won't change race relations overnight, but it should help a LOT.
