Poll question: Are these two statements similar?

Statement #1: If you see a lot of Chinese people eating at a Chinese restaurant, then you can conclude that the food is good

Statement #2: If you see a lot of Chinese people eating a lot of Arab people, then you can conclude that a lot of Arab people are good
