well, kind of. It'll be my middle name eventually. It's what's in the middle name field on the form for my legal name change that has been tied up in probate because the bio-dad chose to hire a lawyer and contest it. It's part of the full name I've commonly used for more than 10 years...it's just not legally my name.

He'd prefer that I continue to be named after him...but he's filed the claim that I'm changing my name to hide from and materially-deceive people. (Which is true, sort of. His multiple violent felonies criminal record appears every time they do a background check on me. I prefer to tell people he's dead.)
