1. All right, I'll say it ... their site stinks.
My kids play all manner of video games ... the NORAD sites is so fake that my kids say ... "that's not really Santa".

We need some Hollywood assistance on this Santa tracking thing!!!!!

3. my kids are actually learning a little geography from it...
and pronunciation of some places that they will likely never get to go...not in a bad way...but, hey, Santa goes EVERYWHERE!
