What have you learned today?
Me, I learned that music makes memories. Good or bad, memories are cool.

Oh, and coffee tastes way better when it's cold.

:)

How about you? Have you learned anything today?

2. I've learned that even two viewings of WALL•E in a 24-hour period
cannot fully remove the deadened sensation which viewing "Bolt" has placed in my skull.

8. Don your running shoes
Two men were walking through the woods when a large bear walked out into the clearing not more than fifty feet from them. The first man dropped his backpack and dug out a pair of running shoes. Then, as the bear slowly approached them, he furiously attempted to lace them up.
The second man, somewhat confused, looked at the first man and said, "Whaddya doing? Running shoes ain’t gonna help! You can't outrun that there bear!"
"I don't need to outrun the bear, buddy," said the first man, "I just need to outrun you."

13. so true.. but
speaking of candle...

Going that route into the monkey requires hardware. That way you are more aware of the continued temporarieness as well as the potential outcome.

17. I can tell by your cryptic response
that you're not stranger to the joys of opiates.

When my friends and I consider how much trouble and expense we went through in the sixties to acquire things - you know, things - that would give us this feeling, and we blink and accept the reality that now doctors write us these prescriptions without hesitation, that we get them for a one dollar co-pay, well, we old hippies are mighty glad we lived long enough to extract this specific revenge. So to speak.

Unfortunately, we also have the maladies that require these lovely little things, but, somehow, that's all right.

actually, I decided, that I want a permanent hook up to N2O... You know, like the people who have the nose tube and oxygen tank they have to carry around? Only I want nitrous. Life would be a lot easier to deal with. :D

and shard off to handle the added calls in a more pro-redundant manner.

12. I learned 5 to 7% of U.S. crude oil imports are discharged at...
the “Loop” underground caverns, an FTZ - foreign trade zone.
Customs considers this to be in Morgan City, LA, but is actually
15-miles out in the Gulf. The caverns connect to Capline pipeline
which runs all the way to Illinois.

...and that I will probably gain weight this month eating all
the treats sent to our office.
