Very silly, both of them...

I like poetry!
I love the way the words
Dissolve on your tongue
The way a snowflake
Melts
Leaving only a memory

But the words stay
Inside your mind

They always
Affect you

Even though the snowflake
Is gone
You still taste it.

All is well with me today
Because my friend
Took my sorrow and my tears
And blew them all away

He did so gently
And with love
I really can’t stay mad at him
He sees inside my heart
And knows just where to find me

So when I wonder
Just how much he cares
I’ll remember that today
He took my tears
And changed them into laughter
