It's the puppy's first BIG snow, and, as Haruka pit it, she can't walk normal in the snow. She has to bunny hop. She's not that little anymore -- she's about 30 pounds, but she's such a puppy when she plays.

1. My border collie flipped OUT when he experienced his first snow.
He was only about 4 months old, but he just went bonkers. Thought it was the greatest thing ever, jumping around, rooting his nose down in it, biting it. When we finally went inside (after play time), he was covered with snow dingleberries.

I'm jealous of the fun you're having! :hi: :loveya:

2. Mick was like that last winter -- actually, he still is!
Last year when we had well over a foot of snow, he stayed outside most of the day, and finally dug a little cave and went to sleep. BCs are such cool, hardy dogs!

They came in COVERED with snow. He's smoothcoat, so he doesn't get too wet, but she's roughcoated and has gotten most of her adult "fluff," so she was drenched. May I say how much she did NOT enjoy the twoel-rubbing?

3. Not so cute when Beag is all like, "fuck you, I'm going to sleep out here in the snow"
and doesn't want to come in.
