Spent a fiver and not one single number.

Some smart ass from Ohio won it.

7. Very high on the Horrible Ways to Go list

A few years back, a guy in Mass. was killed when a gravel crusher turned on while he was cleaning it out. They had to bring counselors to the workplace, it was that bad.
