and they hand me my cup filled only 3/4 of the way. Fuck that weak ass shit. I always hand it right back and ask them to fill it. It's the least they could do for $2.

Every time I have to ask someone to actually fill the cup, I always say "and bring your manager with you." Then I make a scene.

Now, of course, I always make sure I can always see the cup when it's being filled so as not to drink someone's spit, but I don't have to ask for a full cup.

the poor baristas get just as many complaints from people telling them they fill the cup too full, and it overflows all over the hands from just trying to put a lid on it. I always ask them not to fill it all the way up.

I'll sometimes put in the cream when I'm having some takeout breakfast at the local place, then take it back to the counter and have them top off the 1.5 inches they left in the first place.
