What's the lowest hassle mp3 upload site? Streaming available?

Thanks. Friends have sent me to some, but as receiver, you have to sign up to get file *or* you have to DL. Are there any easy sites that stream that don't require joining?

1. try last.fm or pandora...

they both stream music to you, and tailor the songs based on what you like.
