My dog knows how to negotiate.
I had Chinese takeout last night and I am eating the leftovers for lunch, including the steamed dumplings (potstickers) which I love. I gave one to my dog Ollie and he snarfed it up. After he finished it he came over to me and stared at me while I was eating, but no luck. So he brought me a rawhide strip and dropped it at my feet.

I split the last dumpling with him.

1. Was the rawhide hard to chew?

That's adorable, though. Doggie thought processes are amazing, when we get the rare peek in between bouts of 'nad-licking.

Lol, Ive been dying to adopt a doggie for a while now, but my wife and I are gone about every other weekend and a few weeks straight in summer. :(

I have no kids and hers are long gone.. I need someone to spoil and well, you know. Just be a good daddy to. :)

6. oh, its fun
My last dog died in July at almost 16. I found Ollie on petfinder and I've had him for 2 months- he's about 6 or 7 months. Its a lot of work but its worth it. If you can find neighbors to trade dog care with thats even better.
