Parents of teenage girls!
We're adopting a family for Christmas, and I want to know what's cool.

And hopefully 20-30 bucks. :P

3. Well, the Twilight series is huge with the 15yo set.
Hoodies are a good idea.
Bath and Body works stuff is always a hit.
DVDs, CDs are always welcome.

The trouble with the angel tree stuff is you don't know the kids likes/dislikes. I'm sure anything you get will be a big hit, but I would probably go for quantity instead of quality.

Dollar tree smelley stuff, Target maybe for a hoodie?

6. That's stupid.
My aunts and uncles who don't really know my interests always give me gift cards and I love it.

I'd try to make recommendations but my tastes in everything are a little esoteric.

11. My 13 year old granddaughter is SO into makeup and all that...
She likes candles for the scent, but is not allowed to burn them in her room, so I got her one of those scent wick thingies that has the sticks in it to send fragrance through her room, and a henna tattoo kit. And I'm making her a pair of earrings. :-)

15. I know what teenage girls like.
Edited on Thu Dec-11-08 11:36 PM by Radical Activist

Sorry, just ignore me. It reminded me of a funny Family Guy episode.

On a serious note. I've been buying vinyl records for my teenage niece. She collects them. Any idea if they're into that?
