What was for dinnah DU?
I finally got off my ass and cooked my meal.

I made chicken tenders breaded w/ egg, flour and bread crumbs (it didn't bread as well as it should have).
steamed broccoli.
and rice cooked in chicken broth.

and I'm just eating now. :9

I hope it's good, so there's no leftover.

I made lasagna. I haven't tried it yet though. Got back a little while ago, waiting for the Top Chef new ep. repeat at 11:15

I miss you! :bounce:

15. but you didn't then stir fry them with marinated tofu and vegetables, did you?
I guess that is about all I eat though.... hmm... and I could stand to lose some weight - not 85 pounds though... maybe like 40 or 50.

20. angel hair pasta with out the sauce . . .
Yep, I just had a craving for those angelic noodles! Mixed with -- melted butter, some finely chopped red onion, some chopped / sliced lemon peele, squeeze from the short half of a lemon, one heaping tablespoon (mild) cayenne, and a nice glob of Parmesan Cheese.

. . . . . sprinkled with Bragg's Aminos instead of Real Salt, just for kicks.

That stuff tastes just like the grossest, cheapest, soy sauce to me. But it's 'sposed to be Good For Ya!

A pile of buttered starch for dinner, not so good!

25. I had couscous with capers...
chopped sundried tomatoes (packed in olive oil), toasted pine nuts, the grated peel from 1/2 a lemon, mixed with a few select herbs & seasonings, and left over grilled chicken for a quick late-night sup.

Mmmmmm, capers with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and scallions sounds delicious! :9

I was starving when I got off work, and decided to stop at a local place to pick up a pizza. Didn't want to get home and then have to decide what to cook.

28. A brick of Cabot's Seriously Sharp cheddar and a little mustard
I have a seriously bad sinus infection, left work early. Sinus shut down. Not very hungry. What's worse, my EENT specialist called in a prescription for Nasonex to help me breath until the antibiotics kick in. With my co-pay, it's $35, or $105 if you are a schlub. This is the shit with the flying bee that says "ask your doctor for nasonex".

She CLAIMS it is much better than more steroid (like I need that) and is proven better at reducing inflammation.

I don't fucking buy it.

Rip off fucking drug companies.
