Not really. My grandmother was born in OK (don't know where), and my dad was born in Clinton, OK, and grew up on a farm in Corn. That's right, Corn, Oklahoma, where one day it was so hot, the corn popped right off the stalks, and the cows thought it was snow and froze to death.

My mom's family is from Weatherford. One of my maternal aunts lives on a farm just outside Corn...
