10. Who thought this was a good idea?
The only thing that's going to save this from being a complete debacle is the fact that Navy is 45 minutes away and can bus in the entire student body.

It reminds me of the late'70s/early '80s Garden State Bowl at the Meadowlands. The fact that sitting in a freezing suburban swamp in December is not especially appealing to out of town fans probably explains why Rutgers and Temple played in the first two games.
