Treadmill question
I'm just starting a new workout routine and I am using the treadmill as a "cool down" after the bike and weights. The problem is I feel like I am pushing the belt back as I walk. I tried to explain this to two different people who work at the gym, but they didn't understand what I meant. I'm embarrassed to ask a third person. How difficult should it be to simply walk on a treadmill?!
Does anybody know if this means I need to use a higher level or am I just not used to the feel of it?

1. I think I know the feeling you mean - try increasing the speed
I bet you're trying to walk faster than the belt is moving. Also, don't hold onto the rails (if you are), with no hands, you'll force yoursef to match your foot speed to the belt speed...

2. Thanks!
I'll try not holding onto the rails first. If that doesn't work I might increase the speed. :hi:
