I HATE the months of NOV___March...I HATE winter
In Kansas, we get COLD Windy Snow

and in our town, we are the city's babysitter so we NEVER cancel school for snow. ALL the other districts around us will be closed but NO not us..... God forbid the parents actually have to TAKE care of their own ...

make the teachers risk their lives..

UGGGGGGGGGGg

have I mentioned, that aside from my birthday, daughters and hubby's birthday and Christmas I hate NOV--March

1. I feel your pain - I'm in Kansas too!
Where are you at?
I'm in the Hays area.

We had a "nice" snowfall here Friday morning - it was really pretty and it melted right away! THAT never happens.
Usually its always a blizzard! The snow always comes with wind!
Kansas winters just suck, and it is one of the reasons I have always wanted to leave the state - in fact I don't know how those people who live farther north than us can put up with the winter.
I hear we are supposed to have a more mild winter this year though - so hopefully no ice storms?? I guess we'll see.

5. We had a little flow snurry here in NW Arkansas this morning.
Thank goodness it didn't stick and seems to have stopped now. I hate winter myself.

6. I hate Winter and I live in So Cal...
Grew up where it snowed and I can't get that chill out of my mind...even 38 years later...

When I was 5 years old my family moved from San Diego to North Eastern Washington State..
it snowed and snowed....I thought my parents hated me and where punishing me.

When I was 18 years old I moved back to So Cal. :)
