1. Yeah - 2nd dan, Songmookwan & Moodukwan, which
are disciplines under the broad taekwondo umbrella. Also know some aikido, some yang family taichi, and blue dragon sword.

working my way up in Jiu Jitsu. Currently am a lowly green belt
in that discipline.

12. brown belt--Tae Kwon do
been awhile since I have done training tho. I switched to outside sports then just worked, worried, traveled and hung out with my dogs. I still brush up on the self defense moves tho. :*
