Cats can be assholes to each other sometimes.
In a moment of weakness a few years ago I bought my cats a heated cat bed. It switches on when there's weight in it, and it gets all toasty and warm. So just now Jeoffry was snoozing in it, all curled up and comfy, and all of a sudden Milo walked up to the bed, stared for a minute and and started swatting Jeoffry on the head! Jeoffry woke up and vacated the bed, and Milo jumped right in. Jeoffry is on my lap now, but Milo took over the bed. He also chased Pixie away when she wanted to share it with him. I love Milo, but he is a selfish asshole...

2. Milo has apparently declared himself King.
He also owns the top of the refrigerator.

3. Wow. I thought Pixie was the feline bully in your household
I like having sisters they are pretty decent at sharing although once they both tried to be in the enclosed catbed at the same time and it didn't quite work....:)

Pixie kind of owns the top shelf of the cat tree. Jeoffry owns my lap.

5. You have three cats and only one cat bed?
Well, no wonder there's a problem.

7. I guess so...
Jeoffry is now in the cat bed. Milo got too warm, I think; he got up and wandered off.

11. Oh, our three kittehs would LOVE that!
Of course, we'd face the same problems as you, with all of them fighting over it, so we'd need to get three. And even then, they'd decide that one of the identical cat beds was better than the other two, so they'd fight over that one and the other two would collect dust...

9. Three male cats here
Always looking for a lap. I've had two on top of me, one leaning against my knee. Anything to keep them from going after eachother. Three cats and two people on our double-bed = full house.

12. My big male Monster is like that with my little female Twilight. He doesn't
swat he just starts to meow and wrestle. Twilight knows there is no hope and she vacates the spot they were sharing. Thing is it would be so much warmer if Monster shared the space with Twilight. I hate it when he does that. Does it every night. I guess Twilight and I should be used to it by now.

15. lol--thats great!
I bet thats extra warm. meanwhile my princess cat bed that cats cosnstantly used one after another is now ignored in favor of another covered cat bed that they ignored for the first few months. They rarely do one cat in one bed and one in the other. CATS..go figure.
