The flu sucks

1. I've had the longest flu ever for like 4 days now.

Whining is my specialty when I am sick. I've done a lot of that for the last few days. Here's hoping we both get well soon. :toast:

Just now getting my bearings back from a bronchitis diagnosis a few days ago...I know it SUCKS to feel like you have been run over by a one ton vehicle over and over and over :-( Took of work Friday, going back tomorrow. Antibiotics/inhalers/steroids/cough syrup are my friends nowadays!!
Flu and strept test were negative but chest xray show bronchitis!

Heh..lesson learned on my part last night: do NOT take the day's second dose of prednisone after, oh, 6 pm...cuz you run the risk of feeling really, good, and hyper, and boy I'm not even tired, guess that 24 hours in bed did me good...and then you look at the clock and go WTF????????? It's 3am????? I've been UP almost 24 hours now??? Oooohhh....yeah, 60 mg of prednisone a DAY, with the last 30 mg taken with hours of bedtime. Ooops. The nurse in me kinda forgot about the prednisone-nervous system connection!
