I'm trying to remember the name of that PBS program about money with the guy that yelled NEXT.

I can't remember it to save my life! He usually had a panel of four people and they would all SCREAM at each other. I think it was mostly about finance, but might have also been broader (politics, etc.). It was spoofed on SNL. Do you know what I'm talking about?
