My husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's on Monday. He's 61.

take care of yourself.

Eat as healthy as you can, and try to exercise.

Take advantage of any help that is available to you.

Remember that there are medications that can slow the progression of Alzheimer's.

It is very important that you take care if YOU.
