I spent the last week watching the first 3 seasons of House MD.
Not a complete waste of time.

They sure do like the inevitable blood pack spit take scene, don't they!

Next up: Season 4.

1. I recently started watching House, too.
I had a marathon a few months ago. Season 4 is amazing.

2. I hate medical dramas but I love House.
He reminds me of myself only more intelligent. Vastly more intelligent.

4. I love that show...but...
Great writing, wonderful multi-dimensional characters. However, it always reminds me that I never did get over my attraction to bad boys. House makes me feel funny in my pants.

the new season... meh. But I love Hugh Laurie in everything be it playing an idiot on Blackadder, or the cynical bastard on House

9. So who's the better actor: Hugh Laurie, or Omar Epps?
I'm convinced that Epps makes that show work.

10. Is it ok to say it's a great ensemble?
And did I mention that House makes me feel funny in my pants?

Seriously, though -- the only flaw in that show for me is the hospital administrator. I think she overplays her part, and I find the way she dresses to be very unrealistic. Could her skirts be any tighter, or her heels any higher? She'd never be taken seriously in a real hospital if she dressed like that. I really, really, really hope they don't put her and House together. I see the plot moving that way....

13. Well now some redemption for you dawgmom
You might not like sci fi fantasy (boo) not be a fan of cats (and mine so wanted to give you a gift of a hairball for that:evilgrin: ) but anyone who likes House is okay in my book...

14. He's such a bad boy
Edited on Thu Oct-30-08 03:33 PM by dawgmom
I have such a soft spot for bad boys. *sigh*

As for the gift of hairballs, cats don't have a monopoly on those. Long haired double-coated breeds like Samoyeds do too. Peggy Sue horked one up on the carpet in front of me as a gift this morning.

16. I just rented year 2 & 3. I then tried to watch season one but couldn't
take it anymore (I'll wait and rent it again at a later date). What season is on the TV these days? Is it season 5 or 4?
