This is going to turn out the right way.

I've been spending a lot of time lately crying, to my embarrassment, but crying for a good reason. I have never felt this good before.

Talk about a paradox: I'm crying because I feel good. I am crying because I feel good, because I think we are going to win this one. And it's more than that: There is loyalty. If anyone tries to stop us from doing what we want to get done, we will overcome those obstacles.

Whew....

This has been a long eight years. Nightmare. Please let it be over.

It's a crazy time, just days away from the election. I get wound up, too...but then I go to work and lose myself in that for long stretches.

Find something to occupy your mind! If I remember correctly, you aren't someone who will burn off your extra steam physically.

I'm still "cautiously optimistic". The scars from 2000 and 2004 are still too fresh. I can't get over the nagging feeling that the repukes aren't going to go away quietly. We can't trust those bastards.

It has been a long TWENTY-eight years. (Maybe you don't remember the 1980s... but that was the beginning of their evil tentacles spreading into every corner of our lives.)

I hope it is over too. I have a pent-up and cautious optimism just brimming. I'll admit, I do have concern for his safety, but after watching that 30 minute commercial, I feel hope again.
