Although, I must admit, I'm seeing more Obama signs and fewer McCain signs in Oklahoma City than I expected, which I interpret as lukewarm support for the Republican ticket this year.

3. Wow - that shot of all the signs on your street is amazing

we're a lot more evenly split out here in the Philly 'burbs, although when I first started canvassing (for Gore) it was more like 3 Republicans to every 1-2 Dems. So things have improved.

Minneapolis is one of my favorite cities, no matter what time of year. Your summers are delightful, the people are honestly nice, and the people are so TALL that feel like less a freak! I bought a pair of pants right off the rack once, and told the lady at the boutique that I was surprised, and she said, in that classic Minnesota accent "Oh, honey, yer not that tall for out here."
