I've seen the term B-girl a couple times lately

I would assume it to mean something like B-boy, but a girl, not a boy.

She posed as one of the customers, was generally flirty, and received covert payment from the bartender to encourage drinking by providing company to men at the bar. It was not unheard of for the b-girl to work as a prostitute on the sly as well, but her function as b-girl was to liven up the place..

8. The latest about a "B" girl...

I first saw it on Fark.com. Apparantly the story goes that a guy attacks a woman at an ATM machine and steals her money at knifepoint, then when he seea a McCain/Palin bumper sticker on her car, gets angry and scratches a "B" on here face.
