I did find my obituary in the paper, though. Really creepy, since the other woman with my name was the same age, and shared my profession. I got a lot of startled looks when I came to work that day. I also got a wonderful opportunity to respond to many exclamations of "...but you're dead!" "No, I'm just pining for the fjords" and "But I got better" were my favorites.
