Do you people have any idea how delightful it is to have three kittens at one time?
I have Muezza, about fourteen weeks, and Wolfie and Freyja, about ten weeks. They all roll about together, the black fluff, the orange fluff and the tabby fluff mixing it up like the most delightful tropical beverage. It's impossible to wake up and think, "Oh shit, not this again" when there are at least two of the beasties abed with you. One is part coon-cat. I thought we were merely fostering them but it turns out we are all in love.

Just sayin'

2. And this is something I understand.
I have a STBE husband living out in the country. He has taken the two older cats, one by one and they have thrived on squirrels and rodents and who knows what. My daughter brought home first Muezza the caramel sweetheart, and then the sisters. I'm hoping to sell this house and in the next one the catbox stench will be stronger. No matter; Wolfie is gray-black with beady green eyes and a cautious nature and Freyja is a longhaired tabby-type with whiskers and eyebrows that curl under, and liquid eyes.

You should try a kitten! I've gone the other route, the older cat, and that doesn't work well. The boyfriend endedup adopting her with great success, but it could have been a bad situation.

5. It won't work.
I've no doubt he's king of his castle, and it's good of you to allow it to remain so.

8. OMG.
Totally laughing over here, at my own stupidity. You need a kitten! I remember the STBE husband taking a borrowed rifle out at night to kill the "vermin" that was decimating our lawn and veggie crops. I heard three shots, then silence. Then the man slunk in to inform me that he'd missed the critter in the tree three times, and that he considered it a sign, and let's get rid of this freaking gun, shall we?

You need a kitteh. S/he might be able to find your King's socks!

11. Arrows are, IMHO opinion, more respectable than bullets.
You may in fact be married to an old boyfriend of mine who once hunted grouse in the Oregon woods. Heh.

What did you ever do about the critters?

I like yer husband!

7. I do understand.
This evening I decided to sew up the underlining of my leather couch, which previous cats had riddled with holes and torn at the seams. I flipped the beast over and as I sewed, kittens were batting at my thread and needle, driving me crazy. At one point the cooncat climbed inside the lining, found a whole through which she could spy on me, and then kept batting me with her clawed paw every time I tried to make a stitch. The little witches! But they're so cute! Your kitteh's names?

14. Forsake not the little kittehs their chosen hidey-place
Underlinings are simply the BEST cat hammocks EVAH!!!
Now that one has discovered it, I'm afraid your stitching will be for naught, the little beasties will use all 60 of their seam rippers to get back in!

Not only did I fix the couch but I repaired the shoe bench where Freyja has been sleeping. She always smells like leather!

18. Yello, GIC.
I haven't seen you in a while and am pleased that you're here.

Six is more difficult than three. Three... well, they fill a litterbox by noon and have no tolerance for dustbunnies.

How are you?

19. I'm gettin by
:)

With six, plus the mum, it was chaos. Sweep the floor, and stuff sticks to your feet ten minutes later. Cleaning litter boxes 3 times a day and it isn't enough. Cute and sweet? Yes they were. They were also crazy and trashed my apartment :D They would just feed off of eachother. One would get all worked up and they all would, tearing around knocking everything over ripping stuff apart etc.

I sort of miss them anyway
