Every muscle, every bone, every tendon, every MOLECULE aches.

And it's gonna get worse- I have to wait at least a month before I can get back on my arthritis meds.

And to top it off, the temperature in Dallas has dropped into the mid sixties for the first time since spring. The sudden cool weather only serves to aggravate the pain.

2. I sleep in a heated water bed

-the old fashioned bag o' water style, the way they were meant to be. It helps somewhat.

The Nashville Cat has taken to sleeping out on the patio all night lately- she gets "moods" where she will suddenly change all her preferences. As the weather cools she'll come back in. In the meantime I don't worry about her- she knows what she wants, and she won't run away. I leave food and water for her and she's happy.

Now ME, on the other hand...

3. Ah...water beds!

We used to sleep on one!

They are ahem fun to sleep on...

The warmth I would think would help...

I asked about the cat, thinking that her warmth would help too.
