How much of Madonna's money should she give her soon to be ex
Madonna and her soon to be ex husband do not have a renup. Her soon to be ex says he does not want any of her money. But he is entitled to it.

Assumng he wanted her money...
Should he get 50% of the increase in marital assets (% of wealth created by the two over the period of marriage)? Or otherwise?

9. To be fair, even if he didn't carry them to turn, he did
participate in the conception. Doesn't that count for something?

10. let me think about that for a moment, um, nope, no it doesn't
i don't see how getting laid is quite the same level of effort as involved in growing and carrying an entire human being in your body for 9 months so noooooo.....

a nanny will end up raising the kids anyway, maybe the nanny should get all the $$$$

:-)

7. One million pounds per inch
Then multiplied by how good he was in bed, on a scale of 1 to 10.

Then subtract 100,000 pounds every time he said, "Not tonight, Madge."

I like pulling mathemathical formulas out of my ass.

11. English divorce law is a complete mess...
... plus pre-nups are not 100% legal in UK anyway.

The only guiding principle is what's "fair". Since this seems like a more amicable split, we won't hear about what happened... but what matters most is all parties, including the children, are happy and especially the children are taken care of. They're the innocent victims in any divorce case and as long as they commit to do the best by then then that's OK by me.

Mark.
