I'm a 19th century Shawnee warrior who was born in Ohio under an omen from Moneto. I was known from an early age for my fighting ability and intellect. I could speak, read and write in English and could predict earthquakes and other natural disasters. I was feared by white Americans, me and my no good younger brother who called himself Tenkawtawa(Shawnee for profit)united many Indian Nations to attack the whites and shove them back over the appalaicin mountains. While I was on leave to talk other tribes cheifs to join our quest my brother made a false prophecy getting lots of Indians killed in battle and having other tribes lose faith in my quest. I gave him the worst punishment possible in Shawnee law which is banishment(considered worse than death). Afterwords I told my people when I would die in battle sheding my beads and head dress so I would look like a ordinary Shawnee brave. When I was killed my warriors retreated like ordered them to and they hid in the woods to honor me later. The whites were looking to find my body but couldn't since I didn't wear my headdress and beads which showed rank in the Shawnee community they had to ask Simon Kenton. He knew they wanted to mutalate my body and make purses out of my skin so he recognised the wrong body on purpose. After watching them cut up the wrong corpse he came over my body and said "Cowards were here today".

Or am I? I don't know if I actually said that but I know what I think and I assume that's what I said. I may not be Donald Rumsfeld but actually slices of Donald Rumsfeld. The message is that there are known knowns - there are things that we know that we know. There are known unknowns - that is to say, there are things that we now know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns - there are things we do not know we don't know. And each year we discover a few more of those unknown unknowns. We do know of certain knowledge that Donald Rumsfled is in Afghanistan, or in some other country, or dead. When I will know if I'm Donald Rumsfeld can't be predicted now but may be predictable after I found out. I would not say that the future is necessarily less predictable than the past - I think the past was not predictable when it started.
