intermittent problems. Now I am bored stiff and have been feeling very depressed. I kinda suffer from a bit of social anxiety but feel the need to get out and do something constructive tomorrow. Any suggestions ?

1. Going to the library or a museum might be good.

Those are two activities that require a certain amount of solitude, but they still entail going out into the world and being among others.

A class might also be enjoyable - ceramics, yoga, foreign languages, creative writing, athletics...

2. what about volunteering?

i've been unemployed for about seven months now and started volunteering with a campaign for a local ballot initiative.

think about your interests or passions and see if there are volunteer opportunities that fit those.
