1. The only problem I have with it
is their bait delivery system. Those guys aren't playing with a full deck. Other than that, catch and release is the conscientious sportsman's way of doing things. The sharks are probably pretty tired after that kind of fight and their mouths might hurt a little, but they are not harmed in a long term kind if way.
