5. I don't know how they do it, but it's simply amazing

Their "style" beers are very good examples of what they are, but their own beers, like spotted cow are incredible (especially that one). I haven't had it in years though - did you actually get some in California? I haven't seen it since I lived in Chicago.

I think they're one of my favourite US breweries that bottle their beer, up there with Dogfish Head and Bell's.
