2. Dodgers-Chisox
Vinny would have a buncha memories of 1959, and that'd be cool. :)

Especially this one:

6. England vs Brazil.
World Cup Football.

Now that's a series the rest of the world can enjoy.

Not like Baseball where the only countries that get to play in the final are USA ones.

Mark.

10. We Imperial Brits love America!! Half of it ...
... has kept our Queen as their head of state! Isn't that wonderful?

We do have a problem with a renegade colony though. Wants to call themselves the United States of America... some terrorist called George Washington is making some weird demands. We won't negotiate with terrorists, but we're going to raise your taxes.

Signed,

Your Imperialistic British bastard.

Wait, strike that.

We do have the Toronto Blue Jays, thank you very much.

(Thank you turtlensue and all you grubby little Washington Nationals fans for taking away an international aspect of baseball. :P )

Those match-ups are boring.

Give me 'genetically-enhanced cyborg Dodgers' vs 'time-displaced super-intelligent velociraptors' and we'll talk.

16. As much as I really would like a Dodgers and Red Sox World Series
so as to wipe that smug look off Waaaahnny Ramirez's face with a victory, I think a Dodgers v Rays World Series would not only be good for baseball (worst to first team) but good for my local economy. I'd also be happy with a Dodgers v Angels series. I can't think of two ball clubs playing more consistently good baseball this season.

Even better, I'd like it if all the National League teams came down with the flu (even their AAA clubs) leaving only the Washington Nationals healthy enough to play, and put them against the Red Sox. Home run derby anyone?

Meh, screw it. Sox v Dodgers. Suck it, Manny.

But I wouldn't mind to see the Dodgers get in, just to stick it to the Yankees for canning Joe Torre (who despite being a Yankee was actually a decent guy).
