8. LOL, I'm already a slug! I've got a B.A. in Politics from UCSC

Nope, I'm doing a Master's in Counseling Psychology with JFK University. They're based in Pleasant Hill, but have campuses in Berkeley and Campbell, too. What's cool is that JFK is starting up a Master's program on the central coast in Santa Cruz, running classes out of Cabrillo.

hmmmm...it's a bit tricky to determine since I'll be an official JFK Univ student attending their classes on the Cabrillo campus. They're basically just using their rooms.

It's actually kinda cool. Saves me from having to drive over the hill.

Still I gotta do my prereqs at the Campbell campus.

25. Yup, it's nestled in a redwood forest, on 2,000 acres on a hill

came up to see it during my spring break of senior year in high school and that's what made up my mind. The natural beauty of the campus is quite breath-taking. Check it out sometime.

They used to say UCSC stood for Uncle Charlie's Summer Camp cuz that's how it feels up there. :D

I like the Austin Lounge Lizards. Have you ever seen them play? I haven't, but they seem like they'd be a hoot.

All but one at the Kuumbwa; that one was at the Strawberry Festival, where they let me on stage to make photos. :D

I've also interviewed Tom Pittman and Richard Bowden, who used to play mandolin for 'em, for advance stories on shows at the Kuumbwa.
