1. bronchitis eh?
My co-worker was diagnosed with that 2 months ago. It turnes out they were wrong and what she really had was whooping cough. She was highly contagious and I ended up catching it. I am now into my second month of coughing and struggling to catch my breath.

3. The spring and fall allergy seasons are prime times for me to have it
anything that wrecks my head enough, will drop into my chest. I had a near pneumonia about 6 years ago and since then all colds/allergy storms lead to Mess in the Chest.

When I had the really nasty one, they gave me an emergency inhaler. I didn't use it all and still have some shots in it. When I start to feel that tickly spot in my chest, I drag it out and use it as directed for 24 hours, then only if I feel really tight.

Do not fear the emergency inhaler, it is your friend. Warning it has albuterol in it which will make you jittery and hungry as hell. This is temporary.

Are you on a mucus thinner of some kind? Over the counter Mucinex is a godsend.

Take really good care of yourself, I know that is hard when you are in college!!!!!

5. Hot coffee (black) is good for
cutting some of the congestion. It's even recommended for asthmatics. Good luck.
