zOMG! I'm freaking out!

I have had major medical bills and my savings have been drained to nothing. I've worked all my life and am close to retirement. I have to give a very important talk at INSIGHT in a very swanky resort and I'm wondering where I can get clothes dirt cheap. Does anyone have any ideas?

...she's regularly getting Ralph Lauren shirts for like $10-$15.

She goes to the local shops, not the Goodwills or SalArmys.
