HOORAY!!! Late summer dog bathing day!!!

We gave our dog his late summer bath this morning, something he hates and with which he will not cooperate.
He is a Doberman/Great Dane mix, about 115 pounds at this time, and hates to even get his feet wet. He would rather never have a bath, and generally has to be tricked into the set up - a spare collar has to be put on him, and then he mas to be enticed to the fence post where the extra leash is tied through the fence.
Went very well this time, and since this is his last bath till spring, we are celebrating with a nice dinner of baked pork chops and bread stuffing (practice for the holidays).

Cory ( the clean dog ) is now licking himself everywhere he can reach, trying to get his dog odor back, but he is clean and smells kind of like a big orange, with hair.

HOORAY, another dog bathing event is complete!

Mission Accomplished.
