WHOO-HOOO Knuckledraggers next door are MOVING!!!!!

most of you have heard my stories of our knuckledragging neighbor, from shooting at turkeys from his back door and almost hitting his propane tank instead, calling the cops on us for shoveling snow from around the mailboxes, to shooting off ILLEGAL fireworks in his backyard that were aimed at our yard as well as his own house...

the house has been on the market for close to year, last weekend we noticed him packing his pick-up truck and we wondered if this was a sign they were getting ready to move. we weren't sure, because the "for sale" sign is still on the lawn and there is no addition sign saying "sold" or "sale pending"

bits and pieces of conversation that we overheard led us to believe that the house was sold, but we still couldn't be sure

last night we received a call from another neighbor - he called the realtor and pretended to be interested in looking at knuckledraggers place and asked if it was still available as it was not listed on the realtors website.

he was told the house was UNDER CONTRACT TO BE SOLD - so we are pretty confident, given the overheard comments, and packing of pickup trucks that they should be out by the end of the month if not sooner!!!
