doctors again

this time the allergic reaction, apparently brought on by moving my sisters stuff, was very bad, armpits and chest. A svere skin infection developed over night under both arms. Antiboitics......very little movement. I was also advised to never again shave my armpits, which I can live with, but everyone else thinks is a death sentence......hehe. It was really bad this time, concerns the infection will go to the heart if I don't take it easy, I've been in bed for a week.....yuck......this puts off my personal training for two weeks.......grrrrrrr

this is the first day I've felt able to get out of bed at all,.....very nice, but I am starting to feel yucky and will probably hit the sheets soon
