3. No, I think there are some other ones

that are really fundamentalist Christians and true Democrats. Jimmy Carter is the first that springs to mind. The thing about fundamentalism, it's not quite as monolithic as it seems to be. Some see the bible as fundamentally being about taking care the poor and helping the environment and they can quote all sorts of scripture for it.

Are you a fundamentalist Christian Democrat? I saw your other thread and it seem you believe in a deity.

I'd like to think that everyone would want to be in the Lounge, that said, religion and atheism are always flamey topics. If you write on them , expect to get burned.

remember ...I am the one that turned out to be an Orthodox Jew according to the quiz/test that Ava posted sometime back. Go figure. I thought my beliefs were more in accordance with American Indian.

I do believe in the spirit. I believe there is good and evil. I do believe that we are more than the sum total of chemicals and hormones.

I do believe that there was always germs though they can not be seen by the human eye. I think we just have not found the microscope that reveals to all the evidence they require in order to see God as I know him.

I remember taking so kind of religious test a year or so ago, when I still believed in god. It seems I came out as a Universalist Unitarian or something. :shrug:
