There are ten player races. Men and women of each race have their own unique set of movements when you use the /dance emote. Just off the top of my head...

Forsaken, male - air guitar / heavy metal head-bang
Forsaken, female - trance dancing.
Tauren, male - vaudeville, including a step borrowed from that old favorite, "Shuffling Off To Buffalo."
Gnome, male - shown in the above
Gnome, female -- cha-cha boogie
Dwarf, male - Russian style kick dancing
Dwarf, female - Irish folk (nothing above the waist moves)
Draeni, female - pole dancing
Night Elf, male - the Time Warp (lots of pelvic thrusts)
Human, male - Saturday Night Fever
Human, female - the Macarena

Look them up. The race names are Human, Dwarf, Gnome, Night Elf, Draeni, Orc, Troll, Forsaken (or Undead), Tauren and Blood Elf. Males and females have different dance steps.
