I had a craving for fries, and I got some fries. Fatty, greasy, carb-laden fries. And coke--the kind with caffeine and SUGAR.

Pyramid? I don't need no stinkin' pyramid.

I'm hoping RevCheesehead will give me a fine send-off when I fry-and-coke myself into a stroke or heart attack. But for now, I love the fries.

3. Salt, nothing but salt. Ketchup is evil.
And mustard? Whoever heard of mustard on fries?! Freak.

6. More than you probably want to know,
but that Coke you had was filled with high fructose corn syrup, not sugar. If it had been sugar, man, that would have been like the original Coke, which was simply wonderful.

I totally approve of your lunch. I hope you had mayonnaise with them, but, even if you didn't, that's my version of an All-American Lunch.

7. High fructose corn syrup helps to pay my salary.
Not as much here as other places I've served. But if the corn market died tomorrow, I'd feel it by budget time in November. So, I don't eat meat, but I gulp down the HFCS by the bucket-full!

9. Good for you!
Dammit, that's the American way! I'm hooked on corn-fed beef, so I'm doing my part to keep your job afloat.

Seriously, though, try the fries with mayonnaise - the Belgian way - and you just might find yourself surprised at how much you like them.

Now, I'm hungry for fries, and all I've got are freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies. Life is sometimes unfair.................
